About Me
HI, MY NAME IS COSTANZA. I AM REPRESENTING A GROUP OF HIGHLY EDUCATED AND PROFESSIONAL FRIENDS THAT ARE WILLING TO SHARE THEIR APARTMENTS FOR RENTERS ON A SABBATICAL OR LONG TERM VACATION. SOME OF THESE FRIENDS ARE ENJOYING THEIR RETIREMENT. FOR PRACTICAL REASONS WE PUT ALL THE APARTMENTS UNDER ONE UMBRELLA GROUP. I WILL BE THE MANAGER OF THIS GROUP HELPING OUT FOR EASY TRANSACTIONS. WE ARE AN ENTHUSIASTIC, EASY GOING, KIND AND FLEXIBLE GROUP. Here are the profiles of the owners:  NADJA SREBERNIK, owner of MONTE VERDE VECCHIO FURNISHED LOFT WITH PRIVAT TERRACE SURROUNDED BY A LOVELY GARDEN Via Poerio. I received my art degree from the Art Institute of Trieste. I was born and lived in Trieste until I was 20. There, I started to work in the scenography workshop at the "Teatro Stabile" and soon moved into acting. As an actress I lived in many Italian cities. I settled down here in Rome. Now, retired, I continue to follow my passions linked to art, music and literature.  CRISTINA MANGANO, owner of MONTE MARIO FURNISHED PENTHOUSE BREATH-TAKING VIEW TERRACE .Via Filippo Nicolai. I am the daughter of the owner of the apartment who is an old lady still living in the apartment underneath and whose husband, my father, had his "bureau" in the attic which he enjoyed so much with its fantastic view. ROBERTO PITTINI owner of MONTI FAMILY FURNISHED SABBATICAL HOME NEXT TO COLOSSEO Via Madonna dei Monti. Born in Rome some years ago, graduated there at the german school. Moved then to Perugia for human medicine studies and then specialising in Anaesthesiology and pain therapy. Since 2002 I am working in Merano as anaesthetist and pain therapist, looking forward to retire asap. ...asap, when our kids will become more independent. MAYA KOKOCINSKI , Artist, owner of ARTIST’S SABBATICAL HOME. Via Principe Amedeo. I am an artist. I followed my artist father in his footsteps and married Giovanni Tommasi Ferroni, an artist himself. We both organically followed  the long standing family tradition of painters and sculptures. The house was originally meant to be my father's and my atelier, but then he chose to go to Tuscania, and I chose to be work in the studio of my husband. We would love to share the special atmosphere of this home with you.  JOCHEM SCHONEVELD, owner of MODERN APARTMENT IN TRASTEVERE. Via del Cipresso. I was born in Holland and have been living in Italy since 2004. My two children are half Dutch half Italian. I run a print studio for artists and photographers and I am a lecturer of photography at the John Cabot University in Rome. In 2018 I launched a startup that sells art in bed and breakfasts and boutique hotels in Italy and beyond.
some articles of my works are published in our review " Rivista di Psicoanalisi "

This Monteverde Vecchio apartment is a beautiful, magical, and cozy refuge located in an elegant and charming part of Rome that is well connected with the city center but slightly removed enough for peace, quiet, and some access to nature. I lived in this studio for over six months and treasured my time there. Nadja, the property owner (who lives below) is attentive and incredibly kind. She takes immaculate care of the property and is a joy to interact with. Costanza, who oversees the rental logistics of the property, is also a wonderful and deeply kind person who takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make one feel at home. These two women, became a sort of family for me in Rome. I have rented many properties all over the world and have to say that this kind of feeling is rare. The apartment itself has all of the amenities needed for living and working comfortably. Nadja decorated the apartment in a very quaint, sweet way that feels warm and welcoming. The best part about the space is the beautiful terrance and "winter garden" like area where I have spent countless hours reading and studying while enjoying the sound of birds, leaves, and wind. This apartment is close to the exquisite grounds of Villa Pamphili where one can bike ride, have picnics, and enjoy the beauty of what I find to be one of the world's most beautiful parks. The vibe of Monteverde Vecchio is also quite special -- it is elegant yet relaxed and full of lovely, independently owned markets, restaurants, and shops. This apartment is so close to the bus (literally right outside of the door that can take you to the Colosseum if you like) and Roma Trastevere train station (10 minute walk.) Being able to stay here made my time in Rome so memorable. I will always treasure my time here and cannot recommend this property enough! Excellent Natasha 9/6/2020 2:03:00 PM
