Rome, very near viale Libia, top floor, bright and quiet
Some years ago our professional life required a move to Rome which meant leaving our hometown quite reluctantly. But this apartment really made it possible for us to enjoy the city. The apartment is located in the district of Trieste in the North-West of Rome between via Salaria and via Nomentana offering a big indoor-market, a great variety of shops, many coffee-bars, post office, pharmacy plus very efficient public transport service. With access to the top floor (7th) by elevator, the apartment is a bright and quiet place ca. 100 m² and is ideal for a couple or one-child family.
A small terrace faces South, a balcony to the North-West. The bedroom is furnished with built-in wardrobes/cabinets and a queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm). Linen and towels are supplied. The spacious and bright living-room and study is furnished with two desks, bookshelves and couch, which converts in a double-bed (140x190 cm), a TV-set for national and international channels by SAT Astra and Hotbird, DVD-player, a small HiFi-stereo, Wi-Fi connection and printer for a PC.
The glassed-in bright terrace with sun-shades is used as reading and recreation room as well as dining room for entertaining guests. There is also enough space for a single bed.
The kitchen is well equipped with gas-stove, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, but there is no dishwasher (lack of space). Next to the kitchen is the dining-room.
