The exterior of the House was repainted a few years ago. . . it looks rather stately, thus its nickname "The Belafonte".

Deposit is one month's rent.
Available December 1, 2020.
We prefer long term rentals, but are open to flexible dates.

We stayed at this gorgeous apartment for 1.5 years. We used one of the two lounges as our office, the kids shared one bedroom, and we had another one. This still left 1 guest bedroom and plenty of space for everyone. The apartment has central heating. We also loved that there was a nice outdoor area to have lunch in the sun.

This is a perfect location whether you are a family or a couple. Within minutes you are in Golden Gate park, and within just 15-20 minutes you are in the city. My work was at Van Ness and I could either take the N or the 7. The supermarkets in the areas are some of the best ones. Another little gem is the Randell museum up in the mountain. Our kids also loved the Goodwill store across the road and picked up new toys and boardgames most weekends. The area is full of character and living there is an experience you won't forget.
