Sunny house with garden

Description

Our house is a two-story building with yard on a quiet street and in a friendly area. The house has 2 bedrooms, one office and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom upstairs has a king size bed and a bathroom next to it. The office is very spacious, sunny and with a large desk area. The double bedroom downstairs has a queen size bed and a bathroom en suite. All bedrooms have large closets and all beds are very comfortable. To go from the entrance to the upstairs area, you need to go up 5 stairs and a flight of 10 stairs. The bedroom downstairs opens into our back yard. The living/dining room is sunny (with two large windows and roll up shades) and has an open L shaped plan and a corner office area. We provide WIFI throughout the house, a TV set (no TV channels, but a DMI cable to connect to your laptop for streaming). We also have a nice amp with good sound system that you can connect to your device to play your own music. We do not have AC but San Francisco has cool summer weather. Our kitchen is very well stocked with every implement for cooking (including convection, regular oven and microwave oven), blender, good quality pans and pots, several types of coffee makers, electric tea kettle and a dishwasher. The house has a washer and a dryer in the garage. Please use environmentally friendly detergents. Tap water is drinkable and we have a full house water filter downstairs. The house is very quiet and on an uphill/downhill street, at about 25 yards distance from a flat street (Jarboe Avenue) that in 3 minute walk will take you to the commercial strip of Cortland Avenue. You can park your car parallel to our double driveway all the time (except for 2 hours on Tuesdays for street cleaning). Highways 208 and 101 access ramps are close to our house. If you are on foot, buses that goes downtown and to BART are 3 minute walk from our house. Courtland Avenue has good restaurants (Shoukudou, Piqueo, 3rd Cousin, Red Hill Station, Vino Rosso, United Dumplings, Vega, Bernal Star, to name a few) several coffee shops (Pinhole Café, Martha's Brothers, Progressive Grounds and Black Jet) and a few pastry stores. It also has The Good Life, a very good organic grocery store (about 10 minute walking distance from our house), Avedano, a meat and fish store that also makes exquisite grilled sandwiches, a dry cleaner (5 min walk), a public library and 3 parks (Holly Park: with baseball, basketball, tennis court, children play ground and picnic area, the Bernal Heights Recreation Center, with children play ground right behind the public library and a basketball court right South of it, and Bernal Heights Park, 13 minute walking distance from our house, from where you can enjoy a stunning panorama of San Francisco and the Bay). Down the hill from our house is the largest farmers' market in San Francisco (every Saturday morning) and a flee market (every Sunday morning). We have a good relationship with our neighbors and we ask you to please not play loud music after 10 pm. We have a good cleaner to recommend for our house.
