Our charming cottage is centrally located in a nice residential area on the Upper Westside of Santa Barbara. It is within walking distance of Cottage Hospital and a 10 minute drive or 30 minute bike ride to UCSB. You will feel a peaceful Hawaiian vibe throughout the house and gardens. It is light and airy, welcoming and comfortable. There is driveway parking for 2 cars. Additional street parking is available. We are on the City bus line and within walking distance of the Crosstown Shuttle.

2 over-stuffed sofas and armchair, 42" smart TV and DVD player.
KITCHEN & DINING
Well equipped, open-style kitchen with granite counters, Bertazonni, Miele and Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances, front loading washer/dryer, skylight, Echo+/Alexa and flat screen TV. The separate dining area seats 4-8, with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
The Master bedroom has a new foam queen mattress, en suite bath and flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a pillow-top queen mattress. The third bedroom/office has a twin daybed with trundle, dresser, desk, wireless printer and bookcase with door to the back garden. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and full size closets. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers with rain shower heads. Quality linens and towels are provided.

New forced air heating and new dual pane windows throughout.
GARDENS
The drought tolerant front garden has a porch swing, 2 Adirondack chairs and a mountain view. The private, fully enclosed back garden has covered patio dining, gas BBQ, jacuzzi, She-Shack, solar lighting, raised bed vege garden, hummingbird feeders and bird bath.
GARAGE
Reserved for one of owner's two cars. Minimal storage for tenant. Car port reserved for owner's second car. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, Bocce ball set, Cornhole game and Ping Pong provided.
Standard utilities are included up to $350.00 (tenant responsible for excess). Weekly spa maintenance and bi-weekly gardner. Housekeeper available at additional cost. Ring doorbell security system.
This is a smoke/vape-free, drug-free and pet-free property due to allergies. There is high speed Wi-fi, basic cable and Netflix. A lease agreement, Renters Insurance and deposit equal to one month's rent are required.
We may consider a 3, 6, 9 or 18 month arrangement.
