We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms- Master Bedroom has a King bed with an Office suite including printer/TV lounging area with a single person pull out sofa bed. 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed with an outside patio for coffee.3rd bedroom has a Queen bed and on onsuite bathroom.
The onsuite bathroom has a tub/shower and the other bathroom has a very large shower. All the mattresses,pillows and linens are luxurious and high quality.
Our beautiful front yard is filled with sweet smelling roses,lavender and a Meyer Lemon tree.The back yard features 3 separate table areas with umbrellas as well as 2 lovely chaise loungers and 3 easy chairs to relax and enjoy the sun and view the mountains.
Our neighborhood is very convenient for anything you may need. We are right at La Cumbre Shopping Center and 5 points and one minute to the freeway to the University in one direction and ten minutes to the beach.
We are on a street that is very quiet and our neighbors have been here for many years so there is an atmosphere of tranquility and peace surrounding our home that allows you to enjoy our home as your own.
