Enchanting Beach Cottage in Coveted Neighborhood

Enchanting beach cottage five minutes to Santa Barbara’s most popular beaches. Remodeled living room, bathroom, two bedrooms, and a kitchen with a chef’s stove, new cabinets, and scratch-resistant French oak wood flooring throughout the house. Contemporary furnishing that speaks to the Santa Barbara/Hawaiian ohana (spending time with friends and family) lifestyle. Everywhere you look a designer’s touch sure to make the home feel special

This is an artist’s home that people love to visit. If you want to be close to a private preserve for hiking or to daily walks along the beach with quick access to the best restaurants-- this is the house for you. Only ten minutes to downtown, Cottage Hospital, several beaches, City College, or better yet “The Funk Zone” for a night out at great restaurants and to listen to outstanding musical talent.

Summertime brings festivals such as our world-famous Summer Solstice Parade, and the pride of Santa Barbara’s Spanish roots cultural event, Old Spanish Days Fiesta. This is a neighborhood of professionals should you want to reach out and meet new friends.

Around sunset, head out to your enclosed patio for a glass of wine to watch the sky transform from vibrant blue to burnt orange as the sun sets over the horizon. The terrace is home to brand new outdoor furniture for lounging with a book or paper in the morning or entertaining with friends and family in the evening.

Our home sits on a quiet knoll with mountain views and spectacular ocean and island views just around the block. As a Santa Barbara native, you will be educated in the best places to hike, ride bikes, see music or theatre, or enjoy the unique spots that we grew up with.

About Me
I am a Santa Barbara native and fourth generation Californian. I am currently in the doctoral program of Viridis Graduate Institute studying eco psychology and depth psychology. I attended the wonderful undergraduate colleges that Santa Barbara offers and believe they are staffed faculty committed to the education of their students. I raised a family in the Bay Area, some who attended UCSB, and came back to my hometown city to be in a place I love dearly. I love to travel and learn from other cultures to enhance my worldview.
