Newly constructed 400 square foot one-bedroom cottage with private keyless entry. Located just down the hill from UCSC campus and close to bus stops and Westside gems. Quiet oasis in a friendly neighborhood. Bus and bike to campus with ease.
Full kitchen, separate bedroom, fully furnished with queen bed and en suite bathroom. All new and top of the line appliances and furnishings.
Sheets and towels provided if needed.
Cable, Wifi, and utilities included.
Street parking with permit provided.
Access to backyard garden, gas BBQ, beach cruisers, our cute Labrador.
