This house is perfect for a family of four. Downstairs:one master bedroom and one twin room, bathroom with shower opening onto a garden with a swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a summer dining room. Upstairs: living room and kitchen opening onto a large and sunny terrace.
The house is in central Santa Luzia, close to the Harbour and the ferry that takes you to a pristine beach on the island of Tavira in just 8 minutes.
The historic city centre of Tavira, with its numerous churches, museums and town houses is only 2 and a half km away. There are outdoor shows, concerts and films every night in the summer. You can rent bicycles just round the corner and explore the numerous bike lanes, including the famous Ecovia do Algarve. Shopping in the neighborhood or in Tavira. Enjoy the seafood restaurants on the waterfront just 50 m from the house.
The temperature is usually ideal (in the upper twenties, lower thirties)and the sky is constantly blue.
It never rains in the summer but there is always a cooling breeze.
It could also be a marvelous writer's retreat in any season. Sunshine year round.
