While none of the animals require the attention of guests they are calm and joyful creatures and always entertaining. About Me
I am a psychologist with a private practice and several institute teaching appointments. I've travelled widely and lived in France, Greece, Israel, and Mexico. My husband and I moved from San Francisco and Sausalito ten years ago to beautiful Sonoma County - a perfect location to write not to mention indulge in world class cuisine and wine. As I begin to think about semi retirement I am enthusiastically pairing down to just the luxurious necessities including moving to a cottage on my property and letting my beautiful main house. I have three friendly and well behaved dogs and two mini donkeys, two goats, and six chickens that share a pasture adjacent to the main house and the cottage. While none of the animals require the attention of guests they are calm and joyful creatures and always entertaining. If you are dog averse or have young children it is unlikely that this is the ideal retreat for you.
