Downtown apartment in historic building

This is a one-bedroom apartment in a historical building with an elevator, located in downtown South Bend. There is a door person Monday - Saturday, laundry room, gym, and a private parking lot. The building is walking distance to several great eateries and other amenities, and minutes away, by either car or bike, from the University of Notre Dame, Saint Mary's College, and IUSB. There is also an excellent local farmer's market nearby, and specialty food and cheese shops. This light-filled apartment has lots of artwork, antique furniture, and books. The kitchen is large and well-equipped.

About Me
I'm an Associate Professor in the School of Architecture at Notre Dame. My wife and I have spent many years in Italy, and my research is oriented toward the Renaissance and Baroque. I'm also a practicing architect and artist. My wife has a culinary background, and we enjoy good meals at home. We often travel for work and pleasure, and enjoy exploring cities.
