I rented this place during my sabbatical at URI. It's a lovely home very close to URI's main campus and a very reasonable commute to the Narragansett Bay campus. The bedroom is comfortable. The Wifi/tv setup works very well. The kitchen has a nice selection of dishes, pots, pans, etc., making cooking at home easy. Most importantly, the landlords are wonderful, and they live close by so it's easy to ask questions and/or deal with any issues that arise. Overall, I highly recommend this rental!
