On the second floor (top) of a 12-unit block, the apartment is at the end of a no through road with park, Yarra river and bike path access. It is easy walking distance to public transport, one of Melbourne’s vibrant shopping strips, great cafes, bars, restaurants and cinemas. There is also a market nearby.

The apartment has polished floor boards, a clean and modern kitchen and bathroom (with separate lavatory), and a separate laundry. The main bedroom is very generous in size and both bedrooms have built in robes. The north facing balcony is accessible from the open living and dining space and offers 180 degree views that include the city and MCG.

The apartment was extremely nice, modern and well located, with all amenities and good Wifi. The tram was 7 minutes walk. We liked the large windows with the plenty of light inside.
