Classic spacious Bauhaus warehouse style Tel Aviv apartment 2 blocks from the beach in the best part of town -the timeless authentic Allenby Street area.
Recently renovated, its a 2 bedroom (+1 mezzanine double bed) apartment in the centre with all mod cons. Fast wifi, separate air-conditioning in each bedroom and the large spacious lounge/kitchen/mezzanine area. Just off Allenby Street, 2 blocks from Geula beach and a short walk to HaCarmel market, the epicentres of Tel Aviv daytime and night-time life, whatever is your pleasure. Culinary flair abounds in the surrounding area as does the authentic atmosphere of the Tel Aviv you will experience on your doorstep.
Extra large lounge/kitchen area with super high ceilings and roof fans for those who don't like air-con, two bedrooms and a mezzanine area with another double bed. A large bathroom with a wet room shower and also a separate wc.
I am an Airbnb superhost in London (see my reviews) which is where I live but have a property manager in place to take care of all your needs. I also spend a lot of time in Tel Aviv so rest assured the apartment is fully functioning and a great space for your time in Tel Aviv.

I stayed here for the fall semester of 2019 with my son & his friend. It was a perfect home for us. Here's why: LOCATION --Tufnel Park is the tube station and it was a 20 minute ride to Bloomsbury/University of London area where I was faculty & the boys were students. There are several other bus/train options so transportation is easy. --There are larger, more budget friendly, shopping venues a bit further away, but having a mini-grocery store, butcher, deli/coffee shop, postal shop and pub literally right across/down the street came in handy so many times! (There's a Sainsbury's grocery right near Tufnel Park for more robust shopping). --Hampstead Heath Park is a 10 minute walk away. It was a great place to breathe, get grounded and relax. I'm not a big city girl and sometimes London can be exhausting, so an hour spent wandering the park was a perfect antidote for me. THE APARTMENT --Downstairs is spacious and roomy. Essentially the kitchen, dining, living room are all one large, welcoming space. --The kitchen has all the amenities you'd need, including many things I didn't expect! (There was a few days worth of food in the pantry from a prior tenant) Truthfully, at first I thought the fridge/cabinet space was small but that was just my American mindset. In London, where you shop in smaller quantities, it's perfect. --The living room (Lounge) is great with comfy couches and great lighting. Ron has a home theater and the boys used it nearly every day. In fact, we hosted several movie nights with students. --The toilet downstairs is sufficient! --There's a small balcony with a shed which houses the washing machine, a drying rack & vacuum. We're not smokers, but there's a small bistro set, with an ashtray on the table, for guests that might. --Upstairs are two bedrooms, both connecting to a roomy bathroom. Convenient and excellent. The beds are comfortable and very warm. The bathtub/shower is great. --Having a cleaning lady was terrific, especially considering I had two male 19yr old college students as roommates!! THE LANDLORD --Ron is really great to work with. He goes out of his way to be helpful but never crowds you. When I found the microwave to be really weak, he ordered a new one immediately. He supplies the trash/recycle/compost bags. When he traveled out of the country during our stay, he made sure we had contact info for him and several other folks nearby.

The only thing that I "missed" was having a clothes dryer. This wasn't the end of the world & we adjusted to using clothes drying racks (there's a great one that hangs from the ceiling in the stairwell).

All in all, it was a perfect home for us and helped to make the semester in London a fantastic experience.

My wife, 2 kids (then 7 and 11) spent 6 wonderful weeks in Ron's flat while I was running a study abroad program. Let's start with Ron himself--he was a model landlord and host, quick to respond to questions and requests, and full of useful information about the neighborhood. He is the kind of guy you'd like to drink a pint with--I know, because we did! When he had business out of town to attend to, he made sure we were in good hands.

Then there's the flat itself--perfectly located, spacious, clean, secure, and comfortable. The screening room (a.k.a. the living room) is wonderful--I was able to have one of my classes over to watch a movie on our syllabus.

You're just minutes from the storied terrain of Hampstead Heath, from the Northern Line, and a host of buses. There are also great restaurants and shops very close by. While the neighborhood is lively, it is NOT noisy, a key consideration for us. There is a pub half a block down (the Dartmouth Arms), but it was no problem.

I have run this program three times, and the other two flats (one in Islington, one in Southwark) were nice enough. But neither the flat nor the landlord could hold a candle to Ron and his place.
