Our home is in the Mitchell Park neighborhood, adjacent to the main ASU campus [Tempe]. The home has a gorgeous front patio for outdoor dining, and a huge back yard area. The neighborhood is walking distance [10 mins] to downtown Tempe shops and restaurants, a Whole Foods is even closer. Wonderful easy going neighborhood for biking, great park with playground, basket ball, volleyball and dog park just blocks away. As well, very close to Tempe Town Lake - with running/biking paths and outdoor events.
