Elegant home, Excellent area, Easy access U of T, Dupont Subway

I stayed here for 2.5 years and I consider myself very lucky. The apartment is spacious, well organised, and contains all that one may need. It is located in a very quiet and still central neighbourhood of Toronto (I would either walk or ride a bike to UofT SG, but one can easily reach most areas of downtown by subway). But most important of all, Priscilla is a perfect landlord: she just takes it seriously as her job to make sure that everything is going alright. She attends immediately to any problem: from the smaller ones to replacing a broken dishwasher. She is friendly and accommodating, and you can just reach out when you need. I am very grateful to her for helping me settle down in Toronto so smoothly and making my stay so pleasant.

I was very lucky to find Priscilla's add as it was exactly what I was looking for: a quiet and cozy place for a one-two months stay. The house has three levels and I was occupying a one bedroom flat on the top level. The sitting room was light with cozy furniture and a desk suitable for working on my laptop. The bed was very comfortable, everything neat and clean. I also loved the kitchen as it had everything I needed. The house is steps away from Casa Loma and a 10 minute walk from Dupont metro station. The best thing about my experience was meeting Priscilla as she is a wonderful Landlord: friendly but not intrusive, helpful and cheerful. I hope other tenants will have such a great experience as I did.

We had a really amazing experience in Priscilla's house. She is really kind, understanding, and hospitable. The house is cozy, comfortable, and clean. We highly recommend this house.

This is a great host - the apartment is quiet, convenient to major transit, and on a bike-lane-assist road. Everything was totally temperate, spic-and-span clean, and the laundry/adorable dishwasher very easy to use. I'll be asking to stay here again! Really good place.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience in this quiet, well-lit, comfortable and pleasantly furnished apartment, which has spacious rooms and a well-appointed kitchen; a convenient location near Casa Loma, parks, restaurants and shops; and a view of the CN Tower from one window. The owner, who lives on the first floor of the two-story building, was very friendly and accommodating, inquiring after our needs and providing additional furniture and other amenities to make our stay more comfortable. We were sorry to leave.

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is comfortable and quiet. Priscilla is both a lovely person and a responsive landlady.

We stayed in Priscilla's upstairs apartment for 2 months while we were undergoing renovations on our home. The apartment is comfortable and very conveniently located for the City of Toronto Archives, the University of Toronto, as well as the downtown core. There are wonderful restaurants in easy walking distance, as well as quick TTC access. Priscilla is an excellent host. She takes great care of her apartment, and was quick and generous when our refrigerator stopped working, finding a replacement within a day. Street parking can be challenging during the work week, but a car is not necessary for this location.

Priscilla is an excellent host.She is very friendly and helped us throughout our stay. My husband and I loved staying here. We wish we could have extended for one more month.The furnished house is well maintained and has all amenities required for our stay. We would highly recommend the house for short and long stays.
