Lovely condo adjacent to False Creek and Granville Island

The gardens of our building open on to the seawall near Granville Island. You can walk for miles and explore the city from your doorstep! Our condo has a southern exposure and cityscape view. It is like a brand new home as we recently did a total renovation. You will find top of the line kitchen appliances and bathroom fixtures, hardwood and tile flooring, and stone countertops. The open area kitchen, dining room and living room make this a very comfortable and user friendly space. There is a balcony with a propane barbeque, table and chairs. The master bedroom is large and bright. The second bedroom features a wall-bed which can convert to a table when upright. It is perfect for studying, hobbies or overnight guests. The ensuite has lovely marble walk-in shower. The second bathroom is a two piece powder room. All furnishings, bed linens and towels are provided. Our condo building is like a waterfront resort and includes a 25m pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness centre, racquetball/squash courts and a library. The building and surrounding gardens are well maintained and there is a full time Concierge and Building Manager. This is a great location for enjoying the outdoors (walking and cycling) as well as the cultural activities which abound in the city. Public transport is easy to access - buses to UBC and to the Skytrain are minutes away. Downtown is easily reached by foot, bus or the small ferries which cross False Creek. Secure, underground parking for one vehicle is provided.
