September 30, 2017: I stayed at Kitsilano Cottage for three months and recommend it highly. It is amply and well-furnished, the kitchen is updated with high-end appliances, there are plentiful linens and supplies, and many thoughtful details. The host, Christopher, is courteous and most helpful. Christopher, I was lucky to be able to stay at your place. I think one of my best memories will be the hours I spent under the lush fig tree all summer long when the weather was nice. It is a beautiful tree and the leaves are simply lovely. I found it soothing. I don’t think I will ever view a picture of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden without recalling exactly what those leaves really look like.
