The rent includes all utilities, wifi, parking, and Netflix . You only need to bring a suitcase otherwise everything else is there. One queen size bed and all linens. There is a gym and hot tub as well as balcony, fireplace, washer/ dryer, dishwasher, microwave, etc. The apartment is a 15 minute bus ride to UBC or downtown. Beautiful beaches and parks are a short 5 minute walk from the condo.

About Me
My husband and I are semi retired professionals based in Vancouver and on a small gulf island in BC. We live on our island property for 6 to 7 months of the year. My husband has a PhD in Social Work from the University of Toronto and works in private practice doing family counselling. I have an M.Ed in Education from the University of British Columbia and am a retired high school principal, now working as a teacher on call. We wish to offer short term 6 - 7 month rentals of our furnished condo in Kitsilano on the west side of Vancouver.
