Neighbourhood
This home is in Vancouver Westside which is where the most sought after neighborhoods in Vancouver are. This is largely because of safety, and proximity to Vancouver's best beaches including Jericho, Spanish Banks, Locarno Beach, and Kitsilano Beach. In addition, you are only a 10-15 minute drive or 15-20 min bus ride to Kitsilano Beach, West 4th shops, and Downtown. We are very close to UBC which offers additional parks, trails, and beaches.

The house has a bus stop on the same block that goes straight to Kitsilano Beach, Downtown, and UBC via Dunbar Loop. If you have a car, it's a short drive to UBC, beaches, and Downtown. Parking is unrestricted anywhere on the neighborhood streets.

In excellent school catchments: Kerrisdale Elementary and Point Grey High School.
