About Me
We love to travel and relax especially in Europe and may retire there one day soon. This home was redeveloped after having it designated by the City as a Heritage Home and made into a duplex and also constructing a coach house as infill housing. It is currently leased to a professor working at UBC for a year. The properties are furnished and were offered as AirBnB homes during the summer season of 2019 and we prefer to have stable longer term tenants now which will allow less turnover.
