UBC Campus - Fully Furnished, 3-bedroom Townhouse (utilities included)

Our stay at Elpi’s was incredible. The townhouse is located on campus, which was convenient to commute, to go and play in the park, and to attend the community centres’ and university’s events(They offer many activities). We loved the neighborhood and the house. We often walked to the beach or around the campus. The bus exchange was walking distance. The neighbours were very friendly and helpful. All the appliances and linens were clean and ready. All we had to bring was our clothes and medicine. Garbage bin was located in the communal basement area, which enabled us to take out the garbage anytime. Elpi was very helpful, as well as the management company. If we go back to UBC, there is no doubt that we would stay there again.

We couldn't have been luckier with our home directly on the UBC campus, it was ideal for us as a family in many ways. Elpi and her daughter were very warm and welcoming, helping us with every step along the way in answering all our questions and helping us settle into this spacious and comfortable home. The house is fully furnished and makes it very straightforward to relocate to. The neighbourhood is safe, clean and ideal for anyone coming to live and work at the University, especially if you have children. Elpi highlighted all the relevant networks and contacts to us we needed to settle in and become part of the community. We highly recommend it for your visit to Vancouver.
