Perfect as a writer/artist retreat, grad student accommodation, or other temporary housing. House features large bedroom with king-sized bed, gas fire place and sitting area, upstairs to a comfortable living room with fold-out double couch, gas fire place, TV lounge and double glass doors to private balcony overlooking the lake, and six steps up to complete kitchen with table overlooking the lake, and a 3-piece bathroom including large shower. Laundry facilities are in the attached garage. Free wifi, cable, electricity, garbage and recycling. Does not include propane for gas stove and fireplaces, which costs between $50-$75/mo., depending on use. Will not accommodate pets of any kind, unfortunately.
