Comfortable centrally located apartment in Vienna for medium- long term rent
The apartment is 80 sq. Meters, with two large rooms, a large entrance room, a small kitchen, bathroom with shower ( no bathtub) it is on the second floor, no lift.
The apartment is extremely well located, about 200 meters from Vienna's famed central market, Naschmarkt, within walking distance to major museums, the Opera, the Technical University, and a short metro ride to the City Hall and the Main University. It is very close to Vienna's main shopping streets. It is very close to the metro stations of two principal lines.
The apartment faces a courtyard, therefore does not afford much of a view, but the view it has is not unpleasant. It is extremely quiet, with no street noise or other sources of noise. It is in a well maintained building dating fom about 1880 (high ceilings and thick walls)
There is a large double bed in the bedroom and two single day beds in the living room. It therefore can sleep three people comfortably.
The apartment is furnished with authentic Austrian and English Georgian antique furniture and antique oriental carpets. It is therefore not appropriate for animals or young children. The photos show the apartment with antique decorative items and paintings. I reserve the right to remove some of the more delicate decorative items and some of the art work.
I will need some of the storage space for my clothing, but ample space will be arranged for the subleasee.
