Beautiful spacious new quiet two-level apartment in central Vienna

This is a new (built in 2019) apartment in a beautiful old building, in central Vienna (just north of the Ring in the ninth district, in the Serviten neighborhood). It is quiet, lovely and very practical and we think very special. There are two levels. On the lower level there a self-contained self-enclosed wing with two large rooms (one kid bedroom, one room that can be a playroom or a second bedroom) and very large bathroom with a washer and dryer. On the lower level there is also a kitchen and dining and seating area. Both parts of the lower level open to a terrace where we have chairs and a hammock. On the upper level there is a library, master bedroom, and master bath. Skylights in every room on both levels, with windows and shades that are controlled remotely. Views up to the sky, porches front and back, and no neighbor has a view in. In our neighborhood there are shops of every kind and an outdoor market on Thursdays. Serviten is the nicest neighborhood in the city. You are close to parks and the canal, which is perfect for running or biking. Transit is via the U4 or the D tram, both nearby. You can also borrow our bikes, which are downstairs in the bike cellar! This would work well for a couple who likes space (and wants room for guests) or for a family. We have a nice, reliable housekeeper whom we will pay to clean. We are pricing this well below market in the hopes of finding people who will appreciate it, enjoy it, and look after it.
