Angela's apt. is very clean and nicely decorated, and is located in a charming and safe area. The kitchen is fully equipped as well and everything works perfectly. There are buses and circulators just a few minutes away on foot. Two large grocery stores, as well as all the wonderful shops that Georgetown has to offer, are also just a few minutes away. Angela is really kind and responds right away to questions. She even welcomed me with a home cooked meal when I arrived my first night. Excellent julia3085 2/24/2020 9:22:00 AM
We rented the house of Angela for ten days. It was a very nice experience. Angela is a lady of culture and it is visible all around the house. She was very helpful to welcome us and to offer good tips. The house is a good base camp to enjoy DC on the historical side, and the garden offers a nice get-away. I had a wonderful stay in Angelina's beautiful early twentieth century house (1919) in Georgetown just a stroll away from R street and Dumbarton gardens and the beautiful cemetery (so beautiful people get married in it). Less than 5 minutes to Georgetown's great shops, cafes and restaurants. But you can cook at home as well in Angelina's well equipped kitchen. The house is lovely..at the back of the dining room and kitchen is a breakfast bar area which is all window and looks out onto a lovely garden and patio...perfect for breakfast in the sun. The house is graceful, light-filled and there are lots of beautiful paintings on the walls, many of them Angelina's. Shower is excellent. Best of all is Angelina ..a wonderful person. A lovely house and garden with a most gracious and kind owner Angela - who helped us so much during our busy week in DC. We highly recommend this listing to anyone who needs to stay in DC. Also - the Georgetown area is awesome Excellent Chrysanne Stathacos 3/30/2012 7:43:00 AM
This is a beautiful, lovingly maintained townhouse in the Georgetown University area and conveniently situated within a four to five minute walk to a major grocery store, excellent restaurants and local public buses. Despite being in a University area, my family of three had no issues with noise or any other typical college-life issues. Angela is a wonderfully gracious landlady and will be sure to be receptive to your specific needs. All in all an excellent experience -- we would rent again if the place were available on a future visit. Excellent Gaurav Desai 8/6/2010 5:21:00 PM
