About Me
I am the Development Manager for the University for Auckland's two large scale research institutes - the Liggins Institute and the Auckland Bioengineering Institute. I originally trained with Sir Peter Gluckman and Sir Graham (Mont) Liggins with a biomedical research focus on fetal growth and placental function. I am now responsible for philanthropy for both Institutes to steward our donors and work closely with academic staff.

The apartment is in a quiet corner of the building with an additional almost private entrance (only one quiet female neighbour next door (seems to own her place), who is pretty much invisible and you don't hear much from downstairs). Shakespeare Regional Park (several beaches) is within walking distance, which has been a blessing during the lockdown. There are two small supermarkets (and a cafe, three restaurants, a liquor store, a hairdresser, a 24h fitness studio) right next door. The area is very safe. Nicole has been a great landlord. Always helpful and friendly and always respected my privacy in my 1.5 years stay, which I appreciated very much. Probably the best landlord I ever had. I would highly recommend staying here.
