Charming, atmospheric cottage
A delightful cottage in the heart of Whitstable's conservation area in Kent. The cottage is close to the university city of Canterbury and its universities and an hour from London. This small weatherboard house is located in a quiet street close to the town and sea. Built in the early 19th century for making sails, the cottage is charming and cosy. My cottage is stylish and comfortable. It has been lovingly renovated with fitted shelves, shutters, large shower. There is an open plan lounge and kitchen on the ground floor and two small bedroom (one that is used as a study with a single fold down bed) and bathroom upstairs. The cottage has many comforts but remains characterful and peaceful (it also has a sweet little roof terrace which can be reached from the folding stairs on the first floor).
