I had a wonderful experience renting this flat for 9 weeks in May-July 2018. It was a brand-new space--total renovation completed in 2018, and it's lovely studio (one room plus a bath and storage space) in every way: large windows and sky lights giving lots of natural light; state-of-the-art stovetop/hobs, oven, shower and bath fixtures etc.; comfortable beds and furniture. Amanda is a lovely host/landlord and a lovely person. (I never had to ask for any help or maintenance on anything in the flat, since everything worked perfectly, but I'm sure she'd take care of anything immediately with her impeccable good cheer.) It's an attic/top-floor flat in a nice neighborhood of row houses, about 2 blocks of a good bus stop and approximately a mile (along a dedicated footpath or by street) to Wimbledon village center and its train station, which is great because it serves both the Tube and multiple trains (so one has an alternative if either is out of service). And Wimbledon's a lovely village in its own right. I'll always try first to stay at this flat when I'm in London for more than a couple weeks. Very highly recommended.
