The Home: Great house with solar panels in a newer development, ~1800 sq ft, 4 bedrooms & 3 full bathrooms, washer/dryer. Fully furnished bedroom, living, dining and kitchen.

Bedroom: comes with a full-sized bed and has a good-sized closet; occupant has exclusive use of full bathroom.

Rent: $1,780 (utilities and off-street parking included). Security Deposit: $1,780.

Rent includes: all utilities (electric, gas, water), trash/recycling/compost collection, and wifi; full use of all common areas of the home (living room, kitchen, dining room, 2nd floor common area), washer & dryer, and yard; also monthly house cleaning and gardening services, and one driveway parking spot.

Excellent location! Easy commute to Stanford University, SRI International, 2 Blocks to Facebook, easy access to 101 and Dumbarton bridge. House is on a quiet street with no cut-through traffic and is situated opposite a well-maintained city park.

Housemates: One full-time artist/dancer (PhD from Boston University ) and one software engineer (graduate degree from U Mass Boston).

Owner: We keep one of the bedrooms in the house for our own occasional use, but live down the street in a separate house.

You: It's really important to us to find the right fit and we hope that's important to you too! We prefer female occupants who are professionals, graduate students, postdocs etc. The house is on a quiet street with families, and we are looking for someone who is mature, respectful and will treat the house as her own home.

About Me
I am an immigration attorney with a solo practice. I grew up in a university town in Ohio where my father was a linguistics professor. My husband has a computer science PhD and works in the technology industry. We have one child in middle school who loves to read. We enjoy international travel, National Parks and local hikes.
