Cottage comfort, well furnished, 3 bedroom villa, with cozy backyard view

My ranch-style, 3- bedroom villa, is located in a very friendly, and safe neighborhood. It is a great environment to take a leisurely walk, or a quick run. Many amenities to enjoy in this shared space, include an inviting front porch for relaxing, large kitchen, spacious living room in the center, separated bedrooms, two full bathrooms, laundry room, comfortable four season room, small cozy backyard patio view, WiFi, and private parking. All of my furniture is new, and resembles my love for the ocean and warm weather. I prefer no smoking or pets. Since I am right off the bypass, I am only 6 miles from the most beautiful, and well designed, Notre Dame Campus. I have attended many ND games and have enjoyed everyone of them. I have lived here my entire life in South Bend. I know about many authentic restaurants, that are my favorites, which I will be happy to recommend. My Listing Reference number is #141805.
