Writer needs long term house sit to focus on book

Looking for a house sit, preferably with animals, plants and lots of light while I finish on my first book. I'm a fabulous tennant. Neat, tidy, get up early, go to bed early type of person. Love walking and am a low maintenance person. I'm a minimalist so don't need much to make me happy. I did house sitting for a year with TrustedHousesitters 2015-2016. I'm healthy, don't smoke and I pay attention. I am not associated with a University nor am I on sabbatical. But I do have a master's degree.

Hi, I'm an author and writer, blogger and all the other stuff that goes with that. Speaker too, just not right now with the COVID stuff. Traveled a lot. I think 78 countries last count. Traveled a year around the world doing house sits. My preferences are long term (at least 6 mos) sits with pets and plants and places to walk. Did I mention pets? Love them. Love to walk dogs. Need a quiet place to write and spread out papers and stuff. Also a reader, photographer, birder, smart ass, artist, lover of good food. Nope, never smoked. Yes, love a glass of wine on occasion. Laughing is good.
