Hi, my name is James Allen, and I am a PhD candidate in Public Policy & Economics at the University of Michigan. I have one year left in my program and will graduate in April 2022. I live in Ann Arbor with my wife Joye, who works as a pharmacist at the Veterans Affairs hospital in Ann Arbor, my daughter Eleanora (age 3), and son Jameson (newborn). With the addition of the newborn, my family has outgrown our condo! Therefore, we are looking for a nice spacious home to rent/sit for the 2021/22 academic year.

You can trust that Joye and I will take good care of your home. We are both in our mid-30s, are current condo-owners, and are saving up for own home after graduate school. We both believe in raising our children in loving and tidy environment.

He served in the Peace Corps in Mali (2010-2012) while earning an MS degree in Agricultural, Food & Resource Economics from Michigan State University (2012).
