NJ Academic seeking housing

Hello,
I am an education college professor in the Princeton area seeking housing for one semester within a 50 minute commuting distance. I will be retiring in December 2021 and my stay is planned from August 28 - November 20 of 2021. I am able to housesit, however, I do plan to be away from one week each month so animal care will not be possible. I am seeking either a studio apartment or a one bedroom that is furnished. I am also willing to be in a house share situation in a larger home.
