We are seeking a home for ourselves and our daughter, her husband, and their new baby starting in September or October, 2021 until May or June, 2022. I am retired from the Nutrition Department at Penn State; my husband is retired from the wine industry. We are property owners and have excellent references as both tenants and landlords. Our daughter and her husband are in the film industry and are in the process of building a home in Wyoming.

I am a food writer and cookbook author who taught Basic Food Preparation and International Foods at Penn State for 16 years in the Nutrition and HRIM departments. I currently consult on a grant at PSU and also work with a colleague at Clemson. I write a weekly column for the Centre Daily Times and a monthly column for State College Magazine. I have run/facilitated cooking camp programs for middle school aged children for two decades at Penn State, Southern University and in South Carolina. I now want to spend more time teaching my own grandchildren how to cook!
