Looking to Rent or Sit

Wanted in California United States of America

Listing #128671

Quiet, Clean -seeking furnished Bay Area Summer Sublet

I am a new professor at Temple University in Philadelphia, and my partner Matt works for a startup in Palo Alto. We'd like to be together in California for the summer, and are looking for a sublet or house sitting arrangement. We are both very quiet and clean (I have allergies so we vacuum a lot). We promise to take wonderful care of your home. We love animals and are open to arrangements with pet sitting (5 star Rover sitters!). No pets ourselves, and absolutely no smoking. We are looking for a 2 bedroom or large 1 bedroom with a desk for me to write (if it comes with a history of well-published articles, even better). Ideally, we would like to have some outdoor space to enjoy the California weather.Open to anywhere in the Bay Area Peninsula, including along the Coast in Half Moon Bay, Montara, etc. Please message with any questions. We are happy to provide past references from landlords.

About
I am an antitrust and IP law professor at Temple University Law School, but I try to return to California whenever I can on school breaks. When I am not writing and teaching, I love to travel and get outside to hike and surf. In my pre-law life, I worked at a veterinarian's office. I love animals and am open to a housing arrangement including pet care.
