Hello, We are a couple with a small dog (corgi) looking to house sit or rent for 1+ year in the twin cities area. We live in SW Minneapolis currently and have a lease that expires this summer. We are looking for 2-4 Bedroom 1.5+ bath with yard for our dog. Central AC is a priority as is a garage.

I am married and we have a small dog. I am now an educator and consultant in specialty coffee and my partner works in IT for a web hosting company. We both work from home. We are looking to buy a house in the future but we prefer to wait until 2022. Our current lease expires this year and we want to move into a furnished rental until next year. Our priority is to stay near the lakes and parks. We are responsible, have excellent references and good credit standing.
