Seeking a temporary home in San Diego

I am a DC-based Associate Professor, looking for an apartment or house in San Diego to sublet for my sabbatical this fall. I will be joined by my writer-husband and two kids (ages 7 & 9). The kids will be in school, and we will be using the time to write and enjoy San Diego's nature. We are looking for a furnished home with at least 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and 1 parking spot, from approximately August 15 - December 15, 2021.
