Hi! I am a Ph.D. student at Princeton University in History and theory of architecture. I am Looking for a 1BD apartment to rent during the academic year 21/22 (Preferably starting in September)to live with my partner, who is a post-doc at the New School. We could take 1yr lease or by academic year. I am open to flexibility on the dates. We do not have pets, nor we smoke. We can provide references from previous landlords upon request.
