I am looking for a home to rent in Santa Cruz County either immediately or in the near future. I am a 41 year old male who graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz and have a Master's Degree. I am looking for a 2 bedroom 2 bath home that will accommodate 3 adults. I am open to larger acommodations. I am an adult professional with the County of Santa Cruz (MFCC) and my wife is an artist. We lost our home in the recent Santa Cruz fire. I also am a professional musician and have contributed to the Santa Cruz music scene as well as across the country. I have several recordings and just lost my recording studio on my property in Santa Cruz. We have 2 small Schipperke dogs that are well trained. We have travelled extensively through the USA, Alaska, the Bahamas and Europe. Our favorite vacation spot is Hawaii where we scuba dive. We are very respectful of other peoples' property as I am a landlord myself in the Felton area. We would be willing to give a very nice deposit for them if you are willing to let them live there. We are used to living a quiet life in the woods and like our privacy. We respect nature and are very kind and giving to others.
