The location of the apartment is perfect for someone who wants to be close to the city centre and everything is has to offer but prefers to have quieter surroundings.

The nearest tram stop is within 500 metres ( Line 2 and 4).
Previous tenants have said the apartment is a lovely peaceful place to live in , it isn't too noisy and gets a lot of sunlight all year round.

My teenage daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay at this bijou apartment in the rooftops of old Montpellier while on a language course in July/Aug 2017. This charming and authentic accommodation has been tastefully renovated and is ideally located in the historic Rue de l'Universite. It's just a short walk to all the main attractions of the city and all amenities including shops, cafes and restaurants. Thanks to the agent/owner who was very helpful in arranging the booking.
