Description
Our apartment is located in the 11th arrondissement close to the Marais. It is 900 sq ft large with three bedrooms, one large living room with a kitchen attached to it, and a tiny office room. There are two bathrooms, one small and one larger. The apartment is located on the fourth floor with elevator. The apartment is very quiet and air conditionning will be added for summer 2024. The neighborhood has all the perfect amenities for a pleasant local city life (from food stores to farmers' market to cafés). We have been living in this apartment for twenty five years and raised our two kids there.
