Our home is in inner-city Brisbane, close to the river, cafes, shops, parks and river-walk, and a ferry ride to QUT. A friendly, busy suburb offering proximity to nightlife and arts and cultural activities, yet also providing quietness and privacy.
The home is fully equipped and offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and garage. A large patio with outdoor kitchen including barbecue provides a place to unwind with a glass of wine at sundown, adjacent to a rather unruly garden.

We are retiring this year and would like to spend 2019 in Europe. Despite the attractions of where we live--the vibrant location and proximity to the city and QUT, the fantastic sub-tropical climate and the comfort of home--our feet are still itchy! Berlin is a favourite city and we'd like to base ourselves there. We're also partial to regional Italy and France. Make us an offer!

We rented this renovated Queenslander for a year while on Sabbatical in Brisbane. The landlords were helpful and professional and the house is a delight being newly renovated with quality fittings throughout including AC essential in Brisbane. The backyard is low care and very enjoyable with plants and flowering trees, and wildlife including lizards, birds, non venomous snakes and native bees. Teneriffe is a wonderful area to live in, the house is the quiet residential area but a few blocks away is the vibrant shopping area of James Street, and closer are excellent coffee shops, restaurants and a Woolworths grocery. The ferry terminal and bus stop is a short walk, taking you in comfort to the city, but it is only a 15 minute walk to the top of the Story Bridge where you can access the Howard St Wharf area. There is a wonderful walkway along the river taking you around the New Farm park and to the Powerhouse theatre and weekly farmers markets. We cannot speak highly enough about this house and this suburb and we loved our stay in Brisbane and will miss it! Excellent Gary Jeffrey 1/10/2020 7:33:00 PM
