Ms. Talotta is very responsive, friendly, reliable. I stayed at her apartment for 3 months. It is very nicely furnished, clean, and cozy. I felt vey much at home. The apartment is in old Berlin building, that shows it age, but also the hallway and staircase is well maintained an cleaned regularly.
