Just finished large luxury condo on very quiet (silent) corner of building, overlooking trees, in desirable Roncesvalles neighbourhood. A 950 sq ft. 2-bedroom unit, but I will use the smaller bedroom (not shown in pictures) for storage, and you will have the Master bedroom (shown). Both sofas do open into beds, so unit would still sleep up to five, if you have occasional visitors. All new appliances, gas stove, etc. Very large bathroom and tub with ensuite door. Balcony overlooks treetops, and walking distance to High Park. Excellent transit service -- all three major streetcar routes (King, College & Dundas) run alongside building and subway stop Dundas West is a 7-minute walk. Amazing light all through the day (I really like having a lot of light so chose a unit that gets East, North and West light all through the day). Small bonus: indoor greenhouse with fresh herbs. Gym in building.

Comments: If you don't know Toronto, check out the neighborhood online, it's a gem with the location next to high park and up from the lake, and by the lovely Roncesvalles village shops. Parking also available.
