Ready to move in. Utilities, high speed internet (1 Gbps), and WiFi included. 10-15 minute walk to North Berkeley BART (and Casual Carpool pickup), or downtown Berkeley, and 1 block from AC Transit stop to downtown San Francisco. Must be comfortable with large dogs as our German Shepherd, Saunter, will often greet you in the shared portion of the backyard (cottage also has its own private backyard). Ideal for visiting scholars.
