Paule's appartment was the best choice that we could make for our NYC stay. The appartment is in perfect condition and even looks better than displayed on the pictures. Furthermore, all administrative issues were very clearly communicated and Paule was very helpful in all regards. Simply excellent! Excellent Florian 2/4/2020 11:28:00 AM
My wife and I spent a month in the Chelsea apartment and can’t say enough good things about it. But let me try: • The location was perfect—within walking distance of all our practical needs (food, wine, good neighborhood restaurants) and our cultural needs (theaters, galleries, museums, the High Line). And the subway was a block away if we chose not to walk • The owners of the apartment were wonderful—prompt with responses to emails and a delight to actually meet; Mariano, a 45-year resident of the building, lived beneath us and was a source of information about grocery stores, restaurants, and architectural sites • The apartment itself was spacious with its two bedrooms, two full baths, more than adequate closet space, and a large living/dining area; the kitchen area had high-end appliances and kitchen ware • We appreciated the added bonus of a separate room with a large washer and dryer and room to store luggage We felt at home in the apartment and heartily recommend it to others who want to “live” in New York. We are eager to return. Excellent CAT 12/15/2019 5:47:00 PM
