Spacious 2 bedroom in riverside between MIT and Harvard.

The two large bedroom is fully furnished and provided with high speed Internet. There is a spacious kitchen looking out to a large backyard with a patio and a grill.The kitchen also has a large porch looking out to a quiet street.
Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Cambridge. It’s minutes away from MIT and Harvard University.Its also 20 minutes walk to Cambridge Technology center
and 30 minutes walk to Longwood medical area.

Location: this house is very well located. 5 min walk to Central station (red line). Walking distance to MIT (10m, max 30 min to Sloan School), and to Harvard (15min). 10 min to Wholefoods supermarket, 13 min to Trader Joe's. Less than 10 min walk to Target, CVS, H-mart, Amazon Hub Locker (around Central Square). You can also walk to the Charles River and have a nice walk around.

Transportation: there is a bus stop in front of the house. Metro line (red) is at 5 min walking distance.

House: 2 rooms, very sunny. Spacious. Fast internet. Laundry machine in basement is quite convenient. All appliances in house are of good quality and work very well. Parking space easily available, in case you have or rent a car. Spacious kitchen. There is a nice backyard as well.

Owner: Latifa is very helpful. She lives in the upper floor, so any issue is solved quickly and in a friendly way.

Recommendation: definitely an excellent place to say at a competitive rate.

We absolutely love the apartment and recommend anyone to stay here without constraints!

Latifa's apartment is spacious, bright and has everything one needs (fully furnished). The furniture and accessories are high-quality (especially the kitchen equipment), which allows to feel at home from day one. Moreover the apartment is well-suited to get work done due to a large desk and fast internet. All in all, it offers high value for money compared to other apartments in Cambridge.

Latifa and her family are wonderful hosts. They are helpful with any question and quick to respond. They also love children and the apartment is especially suitable for families with children (there is a multitude of playgrounds close to the apartment). Also, there is nice garden in the back of the house.

Furthermore, the location is great since one is close to - Central Station and the red line (2min walk) - two bus stops directly in front of the apartment (0min walk) - the beautiful Charles River (5min walk) - Harvard University and MIT (1 stop with red line or 10min walk) - diverse supermarkets (Target, Wholefoods, H-Mart etc.) (2min walk) - many great restaurants and bars (2min walk) - several gyms (2min walk)

If we came back to Cambridge one day, Latifa's apartment would be our first choice!

Latifa and her husband are fantastic hosts! They made me and my family feel welcomed in Boston and very comfortable in the house. They have accommodated all my requests and have gone the extra mile to ensure we have a fantastic time in Boston. They are very friendly and kind.

The apartment is spacious, perfect for a family or a couple. It is furnished and well equipped, and you won't need to buy anything during your stay. The backyard is very nice and we spent a lot of time there during the summer.

The apartment is perfectly located to go to Harvard/MIT and explore Cambridge. Public transportation is very close, in Central Sq. The river is close to go for a nice stroll or run. Finally, plenty of good supermarkets are in walking distance.

All in all, I highly recommend this apartment for short and long visits!
