One fully-equipped bedroom on the main floor of the house, shared bathroom, new comfortable bed and mattress, desk and office chair, closet and extra storage space in drawers. Tenants have full access to kitchen and dining room. Easy commute to Longwood Medical area, Boston University, Boston College, Harvard University, and Brookline. Electricity and Heat run around $60-$70 each per month per tenant. The house is smoke free. The apartment has two floors and I rent 2 rooms on the first floor. The second floor is our master bedroom which is completely separate from the first floor. My wife and I are both educators and work at different independent schools in the area.

Comments: Bright and comfortable room in all-furnished apartment. The unit has a newly renovated bathroom, new appliances, plenty of cookware and utensils. Washer and dryer in the basement of the house and is available to all tenants.
