Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom & 1 Garage apartment is freshly renovated and has a huge outdoor terrace area for your exclusive use. It's 5 minute walk to RPA Hospital, 10 minutes walk to Sydney University& Chris O'Brien Lighthouse, 30 minute walk to UTS (or catch a bus), 25 minute walk to University of Notre Dame (or catch a bus). You can walk to some of Sydney's best dining, bars and boutique breweries in Newtown, Enmore and Camperdown. Vibrant King Street Newtown is a 6 minute walk, where there are literally hundreds of dining experiences and bars awaiting you in this bohemian dynamic suburb. There are many buses and Newtown train station are all a short walk away. There are two supermarkets approx 5 minutes walk away, plus other necessities such as banks, medical centres, cinema and much more.

We've included utilities, strata and wifi in the cost, so you can just arrive, unpack and relax. The kitchen and lounge have most of the appliances you would need including TV, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron etc. 1 bedrooms have a queen size bed and the second and third bedrooms has 2 single beds. One of these can be joined to make one larger bed. For longer staying guests, it would be possible to convert the third bedroom in a lovely home office space. The apartment is in a very friendly building located in the desirable Newtown Square complex and has it's own leafy park at the front

Please note that this is a 2nd floor apartment with approx 50 steps and no lift access. The garage is a private lockup space which is located right next to the main entrance for convenient access with a remote control roller door. The garage can not take very large vehicles.

About Me
I'm currently a Development Producer working in the Animation industry in Sydney but in a previous phase of life I was in private practice in the mental health field, as a Counsellor. Whatever my career, my greatest passion has always been travel. I live in Sydney and travel often for work and with my apartment being located so close to both RPA Hospital and Sydney University, I enjoy having travelling professionals/academics staying in my home. I'm very open to longer stays, so please let me know if we can negotiate something around that for you.
